In December of 2015, Arlington Lanes decided it was time to replace the old and outdated AMF automatic scoring and install all new Steltronic scoring. The decision was an easy one for the owners of Arlington Lanes because they already own Steltronic scoring at their other center in Southern California. This was a simple decision to make as the price was right, the headquarters for Steltronic is only 20 minutes driving time away from Arlington Lanes.

To save the bowling center some hard earned money, the owners decided to keep their existing flat screen monitors, which is another reason it makes sense for Steltronic scoring to be used as it is truly the most universal scoring system worldwide. Along with new scoring, Arlington Lanes has switched over to the new EMV credit card system that has been certified by Mercury payment. Steltronic has been certified to process EMV credit card with the embedded smart chip technology, keeping fraud down to an absolute minimum.

Included with Steltronic scoring are all of the automatic bumper controls, black light controls, pinsetter short cycling to save the wear and tear on your pinsetters, and all of this is at no extra charge, unlike the competitors.
