ACCURACY FOR SCORE
Soccer Bowl is a new and exciting game that has taken Europe by storm, and now it’s available in America.
Strange name, yet when combined with the two games of soccer and bowling, you get an exciting new game to play for all ages.
This new game combines the skill of kicking a soccer ball into the net, and with a specialized camera built by Steltronic, the height, speed, angle, arc, and many other factors are taken into an algorithm to generate the score. One ball kicked into the net, and a combination of 10 frames combines your score, all tabulated and summarized on the overhead monitors.
Kick the ball into the upper left/right corners, and you receive the highest score of 10 per frame.
Additional games can be played such as “hit the target” as defined by the overhead monitor prior to kicking the ball, and another game of “close to the target” where you receive points by kicking the ball very close to the specified target.
PERFORMANCE
With 35 installations to date in Europe, Soccer Bowl has become a very popular and entertaining game to play.
FACT: Some of the first installations rented only one Soccer Bowl unit not knowing much about it, and then due to it’s popularity, additional Soccer Bowl units were installed because of waiting lists, and decided to move off of the rental program and purchased them outright.
