When the bowlers need to contact the desk, they can send a text message to the front counter, and typing a message just like you would from a cell phone. The desk already knows what lane you are texting from, so less texting is necessary, only the basics are necessary like “Ball Return”, “Spill”, or “respot the 5 pin” for a respot issue for the pinsetter.
Never again will you have to worry about the “voice” intercom system not working, you have it included with the touch screens or keypads on the bowling lanes.
