In 1998, our very own Jim Osdale, then working with American Bowling, led the original installation of Steltronic WINS software with Elex hardware and Sciba cameras—cutting-edge technology at the time. Over the years, the team at Tillamook Lanes took meticulous care of their system, upgrading to HDMI monitors while maintaining peak performance, a true testament to their dedication and professionalism.
Fast forward to 2025, and that same center is embracing the next generation of scoring with:
Focus-NEX Software – Our newest and most advanced scoring system with rich 3D graphics, dynamic bowler interaction, and unmatched reliability.
Steltronic Vision Lane Computers – Fast, modern, and loaded with solid state drives, up to 100X faster than traditional spinning hard drives.
New Steltronic PinCam Cameras – Purpose-built for all lighting conditions, including glow bowling and disco lights, delivering precision pin detection and high durability.
Dual-Lane High-Definition Touch Screens – Replacing the original joystick consoles, these new touch screens allow bowlers to control two lanes from one intuitive interface, with added options like social media integration, mobile app connectivity, and scoring customization.

Now, 27 years later, they’re taking a giant leap forward with a full system upgrade to our latest Focus-NEX automatic scoring platform—and we couldn’t be more honored to continue this partnership into the future.
